You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide regarding your dietary requirements, preferences, and any medical conditions is accurate and up-to-date. By placing an order, you also agree to how we collect, store, and use your personal information. We do not provide medical advice. All nutritional information is for general purposes only.

Food Substitutions

Our services are provided based on the information you have supplied. While we make every effort to accommodate your needs, we reserve the right to make substitutions with equivalent items if necessary. Ingredients may also change without notice due to seasonal availability.

Allergic Reactions and Liability

We are not liable for any allergic reactions, food intolerances, or adverse effects related to ingredients included in the meals, including those resulting from inadvertent errors. It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order. For your health and safety, we recommend seeking professional medical advice regarding any food concerns or conditions before consuming our meals.

Delivery and Service Disruptions

We are not liable for any delay or disruption in service due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, transportation issues, or supplier delays. In the event of such disruptions, we will contact you to arrange alternative delivery arrangements. Please ensure we have clear access to your delivery location and notify us in advance of any specific drop-off instructions or restricted hours.

Notice

We require a minimum of 2 days’ notice prior to the commencement of your confinement meal service. This allows us adequate time to prepare your meals fresh and ensure all dietary requirements are met. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a delay in service start date.

Trial Package

Our 3-Day Trial Confinement Meal Package is available for self-pickup only from our licensed kitchen in Subiaco, with meals ready for collection at 12:00pm daily. Menus are curated by our team based on seasonality and availability, and no substitutions or customisations are offered for the trial package.

Meals are packed in our reusable stainless steel tiffin containers, which must be returned clean and in good condition. On the final day of your trial, disposable eco-friendly packaging is used. A refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking and is forfeited for any lost or damaged tiffins. Meals should be consumed within 2 hours of pickup, or stored in the fridge and thoroughly reheated before eating to maintain food safety.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your trial and is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made or for missed pickups. This offer is limited to one trial per mother, and is designed as a short, nourishing introduction to our full confinement meal service.

Availability, Pricing, and Payment

All packages are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to amend prices and terms and conditions without notice. Optional add-ons require a minimum of 7 servings and must be ordered for consecutive days. 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront to secure your place, and the other 50% is due two weeks before your due date. If you wish to make changes to your order after submission, please contact us immediately, but changes cannot be guaranteed once confirmed.

Tiffin Box Bond

A refundable bond of $50 is required for the tiffin box. The tiffin box will be provided to you for the duration of your meal plan. The final delivery of your meal plan will be provided in disposable containers instead of a tiffin box. Upon completion of your meal plan, the bond will be refunded, provided the tiffin box is returned in good condition. Failure to return the tiffin box or returning it in poor condition may result in forfeiture of the bond.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to customers via email or other means of notification.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed. Please carefully review your order before submission to avoid any errors.

Confinement Mothers is a product and service operated under the registered business The Trustee for 21 Prima Group Trust, ABN (14 119 887 200). By purchasing our meals, you are entering into an agreement with this entity. All payments, invoices, and correspondence will reflect this registration.
