I authorise Confinement Mothers to charge a deposit of the above amount to secure my confinement meal booking. This deposit includes a $50 refundable tiffin box deposit, which will be returned in full upon the return of all tiffin boxes in good condition at the end of the service period. I agree to the above payment schedule and understand that the initial deposit is non-refundable should I choose to cancel my booking.
