Each tiffin is made from food-grade 201 stainless steel, designed to keep your meals fresh, secure, and warm.

Cleaning
Wash with warm, soapy water after each use.
Use a soft sponge — avoid harsh scrubbers that may scratch the surface.
Handling
Handle gently — avoid dropping or knocking the tiffin to keep the tiers fitting snugly.
Ensure all tiers are properly stacked before locking the latch.
Storage
Store in a dry place when not in use.
If not drying immediately, leave the lid slightly ajar to allow air drying.
Important
Do not microwave the tiffin. Stainless steel is not microwave-safe and could damage your microwave or cause injury. Always transfer food to a microwave-safe container before reheating
Deposit and Return Policy
A $50 refundable deposit is collected with your deposit (bank deposit ot credit card only) before your meal service begins.
After your package ends, simply return the tiffin clean, dry, and in good condition.
Lost, badly damaged, or unusable tiffins will result in forfeiture of the deposit to help cover replacement costs.
On your last day of confinement meal delivery, we will pack your meals in eco-friendly, disposable containers, making it easier for you to return your tiffin set without interrupting your meals.
Deposits will be refunded within 3 business days after checking the returned tiffin.
