When should I book my confinement meals?
It’s best to book during your second or early third trimester to secure your spot.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer complimentary delivery to all our customers within 15km Perth CBD.
Can you deliver to hospitals?
Yes, we can start delivering to your hospital once you’ve given birth as long as it is within 15km of Perth CBD
Do you cater to natural birth and C-section recovery?
Yes, we tailor meals to help with healing, restoring blood loss and digestion.
Can I customise my meals?
Our meals follow a carefully designed confinement plan to support recovery, nourish the body, and promote healing. While we can accommodate certain dietary needs or dislikes, we recommend staying as close to the plan as possible to have the full benefits of traditional confinement care.
Do you use MSG?
No. Our meals are cooked fresh daily with no added MSG.
Can I remove certain organs or sauces?
Absolutely. Just let us know your preferences when booking.
Where are the meals prepared?
In a licensed, council-approved commercial kitchen in Perth.
Are your meals suitable for breastfeeding?
Yes, many of our dishes are designed to support milk production. You also have the option to include additional lactation boosters.
What if I have allergies?
Please let us know and we’ll do our best to adjust accordingly.
Do I need to heat up the meals?
Meals are delivered warm and ready to eat in our tiffin boxes. If you wish to re-heat, please follow the Tiffin Box Care instructions.
Is there a vegetarian, vegan or pork-free option?
Yes, we can customise packages to suit dietary or cultural needs.
Do you include soups?
Yes. If our soups contains pork or other meat, it will be counted as one of the meat dishes. If the soup is purely vegetable-based, it will be considered your vegetable dish.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit secures your booking and the remainder is required 2 weeks prior to your estimated due date. A $50 refundable tiffin deposit is also required (direct deposit or credit card only) at the time of booking.
Are you flexible with dates?
We understand that babies don’t always arrive on schedule, so we keep our spots limited to stay flexible. Just let us know at least 2 days in advance and we’ll begin preparing your meals. We’ll do our best to support your start date.
Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?
Yes, we deliver every day, including weekends and holidays.
What time do you deliver?
We deliver between 9am – 12pm unless discussed prior.
